Revision 17 Version 9.8

Restore a change in version 9.7 rev 21+, which broke calling "move" method for user forms, by code. Because alternative statements do the right job, this fault stayed there for some revisions.


Code which move and resize window without use the "move" method (but internal use direct call to the proper move method). This method also center the window (the semi colon specify this)
